The information published on this site is provided for information purposes and describes the functional capabilities of the IZIII platform. It constitutes neither a contractual offer, nor legal, accounting or tax advice.

They do not replace the applicable regulation, communications from the Belgian tax authority, or the advice of your accountant. Whether the scheme applies, its scope and the relevant thresholds are matters solely for the competent authority.

The certification status of a given release of the solution must be confirmed case by case with the publisher.

Data processed by the IZIII solution at its customers' sites

The IZIII platform is installed on each customer's own infrastructure. For data processed within an IZIII installation — orders, customers, users — the customer is the data controller. The publisher acts solely as a data processor, within the scope and limits of the contract entered into with that customer.
