Who works with IZIII
From a European institution to a village bistro, from a hospital network to a pop-up in Namur : thirty-nine organisations, one and the same platform.
What this list demonstrates
Till software is judged on its ability to hold up under very different constraints. Serving several thousand meals a day in a European institution, taking payment in a bus depot, running catering across a university campus, feeding hospital staff at three in the morning, keeping a golf clubhouse going at the weekend, tying a guest's spending to their wristband in a thermal spa, managing guest rooms and their restaurant, and running a pizzeria on a Friday night : these are not the same trades.
They all run on the same platform, with the same licence per site and the same 48 features open. What changes from one customer to the next is not the product: it is the configuration.
Institutions & public sector
Environments where traceability, access rights and accounting rigour are not negotiable.
Healthcare
The hospital sector has a problem few others share : part of the staff works when the kitchen is closed. Night shifts, weekend teams, handovers at impossible hours.
The use case : the smart connected fridges let staff order and pay in advance, then collect their meal at any hour, with no service staff, with the cold chain respected. Collection feeds the same stock and the same reports as a counter sale. See how it works →
Education & corporate
High-throughput collective catering, prepaid accounts and rates differentiated by user profile.
Sport & leisure
Memberships, resource booking, clubhouse and shop in a single accounting picture.
Hotels, wellness & accommodation
A wallet shared across the whole site, booking of treatments and stays, spending charged to the room or the wristband rather than taken at every purchase.
Venues & events
Multiple bars, attendance peaks and fast payment — often with teams recruited for the occasion and trained in a few minutes. Because the licence is billed per site, adding payment points for the duration of an event does not change the amount.
Restaurants & brasseries
The historic heart of IZIII : floor plan, sending to the kitchen by rounds, the bill at the table, booking with a deposit and Belgian tax compliance. Greek, Italian and Asian cooking, classic brasserie, village bistro — the till does not change, only the menu does.
Quick service & concepts
Kiosk, QR code, short catalogue and throughput at peak time — sometimes with a very specific product.
The same platform, whatever your size
An institution serving thousands of meals a day and a forty-cover bistro do not have the same resources, the same teams or the same obligations. They do have the same need: to take payment correctly, comply with tax rules, know what was sold and end the month with a set of figures that add up.
That is why IZIII has no entry-level edition and no enterprise edition. There is one platform, one licence per site and 48 features available. A bistro that wants a kiosk or a connected fridge tomorrow simply switches it on — with no commercial negotiation.
