IZIII Core iziii-core
Shared foundation: users, profiles and access rights, product catalogue, category management, customers, customer display, reprint, refund, QR, revenue statistics, catalogue import and export via Excel.
There is no entry-level edition of IZIII. Every business gets the whole platform and switches on what it needs, when it needs it.
IZIII Core and IZIII POS form the foundation: they are always active. The other 46 features are switched on as needed, depending on the trade, the hardware and the obligations of each business — with no pricing impact. A typical venue uses between five and fifteen; a network uses more. The catalogue is also available in machine-readable form: data/modules.json.
The groundwork of every installation.
Shared foundation: users, profiles and access rights, product catalogue, category management, customers, customer display, reprint, refund, QR, revenue statistics, catalogue import and export via Excel.
The touchscreen till: rooms and tables, basket by rounds, send to production, payment with multiple methods, split bill, tips, staff discounts and till extensions.
Central bridge to external systems, with an inbound REST API and order status management. Also usable at network level.
Customisation of the appearance of the front-end interfaces: colours, styles and visual adjustments.
Execution of URLs at chosen intervals, with full task management through a scheduler: automatic closings, periodic imports, synchronisations.
Additional processing functions for the till.
Terminals, cash machines, wallets and payment instruments.
Connection to CCV payment terminals: the amount goes straight from the till to the terminal, with no re-keying.
Connection to Worldline / WiPay terminals. Supported methods: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, V Pay, Payconiq QR, Sodexo Card and Edenred.
Connection to VivaWallet payment terminals.
Connection to MultiSafePay terminals, with a dedicated section in the till reports.
Integration of Glory cash machines: CI-5 over WebSocket and CI-10 over SOAP. Automatic collection and change.
Integration of CashDro cash machines — note and coin acceptors and recyclers — via REST API.
Prepaid accounts: orders are automatically charged to the wallet as long as the balance allows. Spending limits per visit and per day, combinable, to protect children's accounts. The basis for prepaid packages, stays and school accounts.
Drink and meal vouchers: the purchase credits the customer's wallet, consumption at the till debits in vouchers, and the balance appears on their phone.
Subscriptions, memberships, packages and session cards: recurring fees, automatic deduction of sessions, member rates.
Deposit on reusable containers and management of recyclable materials: charged at the sale, return recorded by scanning, tracking of the circulating fleet and return-rate reports.
Tax obligations, invoicing, accounting reconciliation and labelling.
The single dashboard for accounting reconciliation. Every channel and every payment method in one view: rearrangeable sections with charts, filters by period, point of sale, status or user profile, exports and automatic e-mail delivery. Multi-site consolidation included.
Fiscal data module for the Belgian registered cash register system in hospitality: signing of transactions by the black box and management of fiscal operations.
Second generation of the Belgian fiscal module: printable fiscal reports, macros for signature and report data, management per user group.
Invoicing: creation and management of the invoices linked to orders.
A « Labels » tab on products to manage custom fields — including allergens and legal notices — and an xlsx export used as a data source for a label printer.
From the customer receipt to the prep docket and the kitchen screen.
Printing of orders on network printers, with a template engine and a macro system to insert the table, items, totals, signatures or till data.
Templates and printer compatibility specific to self-order kiosks.
Templates for large preparations and batch production — canteens, banquets, events.
Generation of printable documents and PDFs for the platform's additional needs.
Kitchen display screens (KDS): display templates and visual identification of the origin of every order — till, kiosk, connected fridge, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Takeaway.
Every point where the customer orders or collects on their own.
Sell while you are closed. Refrigerated lockers driven by the till: a paid order is assigned a locker the customer opens at any hour, with no staff. Cold chain respected, stock updated and collections in the reports, exactly like a counter sale.
The self-order kiosk. The catalogue becomes a guided touchscreen interface: the customer builds the order and pays alone, on a kiosk or a tablet, with kiosk ticket printing. Essential in chip shops, ice-cream parlours and fast food at peak time.
Ordering from the customer's phone, with mobile-first design, QR code ordering and table management.
Compact till interface: list of the day's orders and fiscal operations — sale, pro forma, copy, refund, transfer. Handy on a mobile device, in the dining room or on a food truck.
Page to check the status of an order via QR code, with the option to scan a deposit container.
Assignment of a shape and a colour to an order so the customer can be found visually when serving.
Generation of a barcode on the order, suited to counters and collective services.
Uber Eats integration: orders arrive in the same production flow as those from the dining room.
Connection to the ShipprIO delivery API for order dispatch.
Running one shared catalogue across several sites, without duplicating manual work.
Management of the product catalogue across the whole platform.
Heavily simplified view of the product catalogue, for cases where the standard view is too dense.
Stock update by scanning, by table or by Excel import and export, with multilingual and multi-site synchronisation.
Synchronisation of items between sites, with several possible configurations and respecting the availability and status of each item per installation.
Management of product and category visibility per point of sale: same catalogue, different ranges.
Definition of several points of sale or sites on a single installation.
Fast switching between the sites of a single network, from the administration.
Trade-specific business rules, ready to use.
School meals booked and paid in advance. Parents order their child's meals in one go, for the week or for the month, and pay at order time. The school no longer handles cash and has no unpaid balances to chase; the kitchen knows the exact production volumes days ahead, sharply reducing waste. Menus published in advance, allergens visible, choice per day.
Book with or without a deposit, and the end of no-shows you simply absorb. Tables, time slots, resources and practitioners; an optional deposit deducted from the bill; and above all a customer reliability history that lets you spot a risky booking before accepting it. Create, move, monitor and print.
Spa and resort layer: a table is a shared wallet, children's wristbands with per-visit and per-day limits, adult, child or mixed modes, enriched Excel import, alert when a cap is reached and scheduled daily reset.
Management of bookings and rental of sunbeds and chairs on private beaches, designed mobile-first.
Bakery features, including management of unsold stock: published as surprise bags at a reduced price, booked and paid online, collected at the counter or in a connected fridge — with no middleman commission.
Adaptation of the catalogue to pizza sales: bases, sizes and extras in a grid designed for fast ordering.
These capabilities are an integral part of the platform and are available from go-live. Their licences are already owned and included: they involve no purchase and no additional billing on your side.

Unlike everything above, this service is not one of the 48 features and is not included in the per-site licence. It is offered and billed separately, on quotation.
Information screens driven from the till: menu board, dish of the day, suggestions and promotions, announcements, and instruction screens at the workstation. Labels, prices and availability come straight from the till catalogue — an item that runs out disappears from the screen on its own. Each screen has its own composition, switches automatically by time slot and displays in six languages. Runs on any screen with a browser: connected TV, Android box, mini-PC.
They are all available to you. We help you choose the ones that genuinely matter for your trade.
