Point of sale & checkout

One system. Every channel. One licence per site.

The click-and-collect site, the till, the kiosks, the terrace QR codes and your servers' pockets are not tools you have to wire together : it's the same interface and the same database. Which means your accounting is already reconciled — and a licence charged per geographic site, whatever the number of stations.

IZIII till on a touchscreen terminal, in use (counter, restaurant)

In short

IZIII is a single system that brings together every sales channel of a venue. Click-and-collect site, touchscreen till, order kiosks, terrace QR codes, staff order-taking pockets, connected fridges and delivery platforms all run through the same interface and write to the same database : accounting reconciliation is therefore done automatically. Add to that the floor plan, kitchen production, Belgian fiscal compliance, payments, multi-site operation and industry verticals — 48 features, all included in the licence.

The solution serves hospitality, fast food, retail, bakeries, pizzerias, schools and universities, sports clubs and golf courses, appointment-based trades, private beaches, spas and resorts, and local-government venues.

It is multilingual by default — English, French, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Portuguese — and sold in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain. The licence is charged per geographic site, with no limit on the number of tills installed there.

Running Restomax?

Switch till without losing everything — and without buying new hardware

This is the deciding factor for many venues, so it's worth saying upfront rather than at the end of a demonstration.

We know Restomax from the inside

IZIII was originally built with Restomax and to work alongside it. This isn't a competitor discovering your system : it's a platform born next to yours. The working logic is therefore very close — just simpler day to day, for floor staff as much as for management.

Your setup carried over

Staff and their profiles, the rooms, the tables and floor plan, the printers and their production assignment : all of it is carried over automatically.

Your work screens too

The migration recovers Restomax's work screens. Your teams don't relearn their job on a Monday morning : they find the layout they already know.

You keep your hardware

The printers are kept, and the till itself can stay provided it runs Windows 10 — that's the only requirement.

In a typical case, a full Restomax till is migrated and operational in about two hours. Not a week-long project : a morning. Migration details →

A foundation, not an in-house build

IZIII runs on the most widely deployed e-commerce foundation on the planet

We didn't rewrite a commerce engine from scratch. IZIII builds on the technology that already runs a considerable share of the global web — proven for its reliability by millions of merchants every day.

4.3 Mactive online stores worldwide run on this foundation1
33.4 %of the global online-store market — first place1
41.5 %of all websites on the planet use the underlying technology2
48IZIII features, all included in the licence

1 Store Leads, May 2026 measurement (4,341,142 active stores recorded ; BuiltWith detects up to 6.77 million using a broader methodology). 2 W3Techs, July 2026, accounting for 59.5% of the content-management-system market. What this means for you : a massively proven technical base, a mature ecosystem, and no dependence on a single vendor for the survival of your till.

Multilingual by default, in eight languages

This is not an option to switch on nor a module to buy : the platform ships multilingual. Till interfaces, customer displays, kiosks, the mobile app and the product catalogue are all delivered language by language, with built-in translation assistance for labels and product records.

English Français Nederlands Deutsch Italiano Español

Useful well beyond export : a Brussels venue, a tourist resort or an international campus all serve customers every day who don't speak the staff's language.

Sold in six countries

IZIII is deployed and sold across six European markets, with Belgian fiscal compliance available for venues subject to it.

Belgium Luxembourg France Netherlands Italy Spain

The Belgian fiscal module is included in the licence but enabling it stays optional : outside Belgium the till runs without it, while keeping reporting, audit logging and invoicing.

What IZIII does

From floor plan to accounting report, with no gap

Six functional areas — all included in the licence, none sold separately.

Touchscreen till

Product grid by category, search, barcode scanning, variable prices, custom item names, discounts, product options, weighed items via a connected scale. Shop, restaurant or guest mode.

Rooms & tables

Configurable floor plan (rooms, rows, columns, table ranges), live status — free, occupied, bill requested —, free-form table naming, transfer and merge, differentiated VAT per room.

Fiscal compliance

Belgian fiscal data module for hospitality : transaction signing against the black box, sale / pro forma / copy / refund / transfer operations, error recovery and an audit log.

Payments

Cash, CCV, Worldline / WiPay, VivaWallet and MultiSafePay terminals, Glory and CashDro cash machines, customer wallet, vouchers and receipts, prepaid, split payments and partner tenders.

Printing & production

Customer receipts, preparation tickets fired as they are entered, customisable templates, network printers, product labels, kitchen display screens (KDS) and PDF invoices.

Accounting reconciliation

Every channel converges into a single dashboard : configurable reports, filters by period, point of sale, payment method or user profile, exports and scheduled email delivery.

IZIII Reports

A single dashboard, no more manual reconciliation

This is the most costly pain point for a multichannel venue : the till says one thing, the kiosk another, the delivery platform a third, and the accountant spends evenings matching three exports that don't speak the same language.

At IZIII, the problem doesn't exist. Every channel produces the same type of order in the same database. There is therefore nothing to reconcile : there is only one figure, breakable down along whichever axis you want.

  • Every channel in one statement : till, kiosk, mobile ordering, table QR, connected fridge, delivery platforms.
  • Every tender type : cash, terminals, customer wallet, vouchers and receipts, prepaid, split payments, partner tenders.
  • Orderable, chartable report sections, to build the statement the way your accountant reads it.
  • Filters by period, point of sale, order status, payment method or user profile.
  • Exports and scheduled email delivery at the frequency you choose.
  • Multi-site consolidation : a network-wide statement and per-venue detail, in the same tool.

Concrete result : closing the books stops being a rebuilding exercise. It becomes a reading exercise.

Smart connected fridge

Sell even when you're closed

The IZIII smart connected fridge is a bank of refrigerated lockers driven directly by the till. A paid order — placed online, at a kiosk or at the counter — is assigned a locker. The customer opens it whenever they arrive, at any hour, with no staff present.

  • 24/7 pickup : your sales no longer stop when the counter closes.
  • Cold chain preserved : refrigerated lockers, suited to fresh products and prepared meals.
  • Zero queue : customers who ordered ahead skip the till entirely.
  • Automatic assignment : the paid order opens the right locker, with no handover.
  • One stock : what leaves the fridge reduces the same stock as a counter sale.
  • One report : pickups appear on the dashboard exactly like everything else.

Typical uses : a bakery delivering morning orders, caterers doing click & collect, school or university canteens with staggered timetables, corporate restaurants, village grocers, pickup lockers in building lobbies.

In the field : a Belgian hospital network is rolling out IZIII's connected fridges for its healthcare staff. Night shifts, weekend teams, handovers at impossible hours : everyone orders and pays ahead, then picks up their meal whenever they can — without the kitchen being open. See references →

Booking & no-show

Know, before accepting, whether a booking is a risk

An unmanaged no-show is one of the silliest losses a venue can take : a table blocked, turned away from others, and nobody shows up. A missed golf tee time, a hairdresser slot or a Saturday-night table are the same problem.

IZIII keeps a centrally managed reliability history for every customer : bookings honoured, late cancellations, unmanaged no-shows. When a request arrives, the manager immediately sees who they're dealing with — before even accepting.

  • Deposit on demand : every slot or service can be configured with or without a deposit, later deducted from the bill.
  • Informed decision : ask that particular customer for a deposit, offer a different slot, or decline.
  • Recognise good customers : someone who has never let you down deserves different treatment.
  • Every appointment-based trade : restaurant, hairdresser, nail salon, golf, sports club, tasting, beauty institute.

Proactive management

Produce the right amount, sell what's left, get containers back

Five features that, taken together, cut waste, keep stock current and remove cash handling entirely.

IZIII Cantina — the canteen booked and paid ahead

Parents order their child's meals in one go, for the week or the month, and pay at the time of ordering.

  • The school no longer handles cash — no money to count, no unpaid balances to chase.
  • Exact quantities are known in advance : the kitchen produces right, buys right.
  • Less waste, mechanically.
  • Menus published ahead of time, allergens visible, daily choice.

See the education sector →

Waste reduction, with no middleman

End-of-day unsold stock is published as surprise bags at a reduced price, booked and paid online, collected at the counter or in a connected fridge.

  • No commission taken by a third-party platform.
  • The sale stays in your system, your stock, your reports.
  • The customer remains your customer, with their history.
  • Pickup possible after closing, via the connected fridge.

See how it works →

Deposits & reusables

Cups, jars, boxes and crates charged as a deposit on sale, refunded on scanned return, either as a refund or as store credit.

  • Tracking of the fleet of containers in circulation.
  • Dedicated reports : return rate, lost containers, deposit amounts.
  • Suited to festivals, canteens, bulk grocers and wine estates.

Stock management, from one site to a network

Stock is not a separate module : it comes from the same database as the orders. A sale in the dining room, online or from a connected fridge reduces the same stock.

  • Simple stock : one venue, one stock, with no heavy configuration.
  • Multi-site : each venue manages its own, with a shared catalogue and assortments that can differ.
  • Cross-site : visibility and movements between venues — knowing who still has stock before reordering, and tracking transfers.
  • Out-of-stock alerts and waiting lists ; a sold-out product disappears from every channel at once.

How much to produce tomorrow?

The question facing every business that produces — to fulfil orders or to stock the counter. IZIII offers a production-quantity adjustment based on actual sales, which accounts for seasonality.

  • Bakery and pastry, catering, butchery, ice-cream parlour, sandwich shop, central kitchen, daily specials : anywhere production happens before the sale.
  • Suggested volumes are based on the point of sale's own history, not a generic average.
  • Seasonality is built in : a December Saturday doesn't behave like an August Tuesday.
  • Fewer shortages in the morning, less unsold stock at night — and what's left still goes into a surprise bag.
Multichannel

An order can come from anywhere — it always ends up in the same place

Every channel produces the same type of order. Statuses, kitchen production, tax compliance and reports are therefore shared, whatever the entry point.

Dining-room till

The server or cashier enters on a touchscreen, fires to the kitchen as orders come in, takes payment.

Order kiosk

The customer builds their own order on a kiosk, pays and collects their receipt.

Mobile app

Ordering from the customer's smartphone, with a journey designed for mobile.

Table QR code

Scan the QR code, view the bill, request service or pay.

Connected fridge

Self-service pickup : the order opens the refrigerated locker, stock updates automatically.

Delivery platforms

Uber Eats integration and Deliveroo or Takeaway partner tenders.

The heart of the system

One system for everyone, and a single interface

The real question isn't how a till works — everybody already knows that. It's how many pieces of software you'll have to make talk to each other. At IZIII, the answer is : none. There isn't a till system on one side and an online store on the other that need syncing. There is only one system.

  • The click-and-collect site, the till, the kiosks, the terrace QR codes and staff order-taking pockets : the same interface.
  • One catalogue, one stock, one history. A product created at the till is online within a second ; an out-of-stock item disappears everywhere at once.
  • Direct consequence : no more accounting reconciliation to do, since there's nothing to match between two tools.
  • An extra station opens within minutes, with no extra install or licence.

See how the channels fit together →

Delivery platforms

Uber Eats and Deliveroo in your till, with no paid middleman

The platforms are integrated natively. No integration box to rent, no third-party connector to pay for, just to receive your own orders.

No more re-typing

Orders don't need re-entering in the evening, nor matching at month end. They enter the same database as dining-room orders.

A filterable accounting view

Each platform's takings are identified separately : you isolate your income and compare it against your payouts.

Your printers are enough

Tickets go to the printers already in place. No extra terminal or paper roll per platform, no counter space sacrificed.

A centralised view

Every order in progress in one place — dining room and platforms together. The kitchen judges prep and delivery times with full knowledge of the load.

The real question on a Friday night : knowing how many covers are already committed before accepting the next order. When the dining room and the platforms are in the same flow, that question has an answer. Find out more →
Raven

If the internet goes down, Raven is there

It's the problem nobody talks about until they've lived through it. Kitchen printer, scale, black box, preparation screen : each one has to be reachable on the network, which means opening ports on the internet router and hoping nothing changes. Then the provider swaps the router — and on a Friday night, the kitchen stops printing.

IZIII relies on the Raven solution to remove this problem at the root.

  • No port forwarding to manage on the router, no fixed address to maintain.
  • Swapping the router no longer matters : new provider, new hardware, factory reset after an outage — nothing to reconfigure.
  • Built-in SIM card : if the connection drops, the system switches to 4G within seconds.
  • Service continues : the till takes payment, the kitchen prints, the black box signs.
  • Fewer emergencies : most "the printer's stopped responding" incidents are network incidents. They disappear.

Compliance

Tax compliance isn't an option, it's built into the foundation

In Belgium, hospitality venues subject to the registered cash register system must sign every operation against a fiscal data module. IZIII builds this module into the checkout flow itself : the transaction isn't "signed after the fact", it's signed in the same motion as the payment.

  • Complete fiscal operations : sale, pro forma, copy, refund, transfer.
  • A dedicated order status if signing fails, with manual retry.
  • Fiscal reports printable straight from the till.
  • Fiscal module ID configurable per point of sale.

Everything on fiscal compliance →

Licensing model

One licence per geographic site. Full stop.

No till counter, no catalogue of modules to tick, no percentage on your sales.

Charged per site

One venue, one licence — whatever the number of stations running there : counter, terrace, bar, tablets, kiosks.

Everything included

All 48 features are accessible at no extra cost. Adding a connected fridge, a kiosk or an industry vertical doesn't change the licence.

No commission

Nothing is taken from your turnover. A busy service costs no more than a quiet one.

Two things many vendors charge for, and we don't

Viewing your venue's figures. A manager or supervisor has no access licence to buy to see their turnover, their reports or the state of their service : they open a web page, and they're home. No "manager" licence, no extra station to declare, no app to install.

Order-taking pockets. That's not a paid option either. Your servers take orders on a pocket or on their own phone, and the number of devices used internally changes nothing on the price. Three servers or fifteen, it's the same licence.

Understand the pricing model in detail →

Support

Someone answers, even on a Sunday at 11 pm

A till never breaks down at 10 am on a Tuesday. It breaks down on a Saturday night mid-service, or on the 25th of December. That's why IZIII support is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 7 am to 1 am.

  • 7 am – 1 am, every day, weekends and public holidays included : the hours a venue actually operates.
  • Remote takeover available : we see what you see, and we fix it together with you.
  • Since the interface is a web page, everything is handled remotely anyway — no visit to wait for, no update to install station by station.
  • A fix, once shipped, is immediately live everywhere : counter, terrace, kiosks, pockets.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we're asked most often

What is IZIII ?

IZIII is a point-of-sale and payment platform built on the world's most widely deployed e-commerce foundation, which powers more than 4.3 million stores and holds 33.4 % of the global market. The platform brings together 48 features covering the touchscreen till, Belgian tax compliance, payment terminals, printing, kitchen screens, connected fridges, kiosks, bookings and several industry verticals. All of them are included in the licence, at no extra cost.

How is IZIII licensed ?

The licence is charged per geographic site, not per till. A venue can therefore open as many stations as needed — counter, terrace, bar, service tablets, kiosks — without the amount changing. Every feature is accessible at no extra cost per module, and no commission is taken on turnover.

How does IZIII simplify accounting reconciliation ?

Every sales channel produces the same type of order in the same database : till, kiosk, mobile ordering, connected fridge, delivery platforms, customer wallet and vouchers. The IZIII Reports module aggregates everything into a single dashboard and report set, filterable by period, point of sale, payment method, status or user profile, exportable and automatically emailed. There is therefore no manual reconciliation between several systems.

What is the IZIII smart connected fridge ?

It is a bank of refrigerated lockers driven by the till. A paid order — placed online, at a kiosk or at the counter — is assigned a locker ; the customer opens it whenever they arrive, at any hour. Pickup runs with no staff present, preserves the cold chain, and feeds the same orders, the same stock and the same reports as a counter sale.

Is IZIII compliant with Belgian hospitality tax rules ?

IZIII includes a fiscal data module (FDM) dedicated to the Belgian registered cash register system for hospitality. This module signs transactions against the black box, handles the fiscal operations — sale, pro forma, copy, refund, transfer — and produces the related reports. Actual deployment must be validated with your accountant and the Belgian tax authority.

Which languages does IZIII support ?

IZIII is multilingual by default, in eight languages : English, French, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Portuguese. It is neither an option to switch on nor a module to buy.

Till interfaces, customer displays, kiosks, the mobile app and the product catalogue are all delivered language by language, with built-in translation assistance for labels and product records.

In which countries is IZIII sold ?

In six European countries : Belgium, Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain.

The Belgian fiscal data module is included in the licence but enabling it stays optional : outside Belgium the till runs without it, while keeping reporting, audit logging and invoicing. Local tax obligations in each country are assessed case by case.

What happens if the internet goes down ?

IZIII relies on the Raven solution to connect printers, scales, black boxes and other peripherals. Raven removes the need to open ports on the internet router : swapping the router or recovering from an outage no longer requires any reconfiguration.

And if the connection drops, the built-in SIM card switches the system to 4G within seconds. The till takes payment, the kitchen prints, the black box signs. See the detail →

How does IZIII handle booking no-shows ?

IZIII keeps a centrally managed reliability history for every customer : bookings honoured, late cancellations, unmanaged no-shows. As soon as a request arrives, the manager immediately sees whether the customer represents a risk, before even accepting.

They can then ask for a deposit, offer a different slot, or decline. Every slot or service can be configured with or without a deposit, later deducted from the bill. The mechanism serves restaurants as much as hairdressers, nail salons, golf clubs and sports clubs. See the detail →

What is IZIII Cantina ?

IZIII Cantina lets parents pre-order their child's school meals, in a single order covering a week or a month. Payment is taken at the time of ordering : the school no longer has to handle cash or chase unpaid balances.

Because exact production quantities are known several days in advance, the kitchen adjusts its purchases and preparation, which sharply reduces food waste. Menus are published ahead of time, with allergens and a daily choice.

How can a child's spending be limited ?

A child account — wristband, badge or QR code — can carry two distinct, cumulative caps : a per-transaction limit, which bounds the amount of a single purchase, and a daily limit, which bounds the total spent over the day. When a cap is reached, the till refuses the sale and raises an alert.

Does IZIII offer an equivalent to food-waste apps ?

Yes, and with no middleman. End-of-day unsold stock can be published as surprise bags at a reduced price, booked and paid online by the customer, then collected at the counter or in a connected fridge. No commission is taken by a third-party platform, the sale stays in your system, and the customer remains your customer.

Is IZIII suitable for a school or university ?

Yes, it's a use case in its own right. School canteens and university restaurants use prepaid accounts — topped up by parents or the student —, badge or QR identification, meal booking in advance, connected fridges for staggered timetables, tiered pricing by user profile and reporting by venue and period. See the detail →

Where is the data hosted ?

IZIII runs on your own instance. Orders, customers and the catalogue live in your database, on the hosting of your choice. No mandatory transit through a third-party platform is imposed by the till itself ; only the services you enable — payment terminal, delivery platform, fiscal module — communicate externally.
